Important Guest Registration Information – Please Read:

You must complete your conference registration before registering any guests. Only attendees who select General Attendee- Single Room are permitted to bring guests. Please check your confirmation email to find your "Registrant ID".

When selecting an age group for your guest, use their age at the time of the event.

The resort allows a maximum of: Three adults per room (Attendee + Up to 2 Adult Guests) or Two adults and two children per room (Attendee + 1 Adult Guest + Up to 2 Children)

Note: Guests will be allowed to attend our Welcome & Farewell Receptions. We will email you a sign-up form for those events closer to the conference.
